Sky Vision has equity investments in seven production businesses in the UK and US; Love Productions, Blast! Films, Sugar Films and Sky Vision Productions in the UK; and in the US, Jupiter Entertainment, Talos Films and Znak & Jones.

In addition to its equity investments, Sky Vision works extensively with independent producers in the UK and US and has development deals with a number of production companies including Asylum Entertainment, Double Nickle and Peacock Alley in North America; and Avanti Media, Bohemia, Chalkboard, LittleRock Pictures, Merman Films, Spring Films, and Roughcut TV in the UK.

Sky Vision Productions is renowned for its specialist factual and factual entertainment programming and is a wholly owned independent production company.  

Launched in 2012, the company works closely with the sales team at Sky Vision and the commissioning team at Sky to produce and co-produce original programming for the international broadcast industry.  Sky Vision Productions also produces TV shows for the world’s leading broadcast organisations, including Sky, PBS, National Geographic Channels, History Channel, Discovery Networks, UKTV & AETN.

One of the UK’s leading independent production companies,  Love Productions specialises in thought-provoking, entertaining television for the UK and international markets.  It has production bases in London, Bristol, New York and Los Angeles.

The company has a proven track record of producing award-winning, ground-breaking programmes across a range of genres.  This includes hit formats such as The Great British Bake-off and The Great British Sewing Bee and agenda-setting documentaries such as Baby Borrowers, Famous Rich and Homeless, Benefits Street, Make Bradford British and My Last Summer.

Sky has taken a minority stake in Sugar Films, an independent production company founded by senior television professionals Kwadjo Dajan, Narinder Minhas, Lucy Pilkington, Nav Raman and Pat Younge. 

Former Discovery Networks International president and CEO Mark Hollinger will also take a stake in the company and become Chairman.
