So the nation needs to lose weight now and we need all the help we can get! Enter Tom Kerridge, a top chef renowned for his delicious food. But in the last few years Tom has lost over 76 kg by changing his diet without ever losing his love and enjoyment of food. He now wants to help us lose weight by showing us a brand new set of delicious recipes which we can make at home. He also promises us a few surprises along the way.
