The Japanese bow, or Yumi, has remained virtually unchanged for almost 500 years and is considered a work of art. Steeped in tradition and treated with the utmost respect, it was the Samurai's deadly killing machine. Using dramatic reconstructions, we travel back in time to when warring clans fought over borders and the bow was used in ritualised battles of skill.
