Live Aid was the biggest music concert of all time, watched by nearly 2 billion people in 150 countries. For more than 30 years, it has generated countless music industry myths about what happened backstage on the day, as Bob Geldof and long-time personal assistant Marsha Hunt struggled to keep control. Did Noel Edmonds' helicopter destroy Elton John's garden? Did Freddie Mercury try to seduce Bono? Did Geldof nick Midge Ure's slot, and why in God's name did Status Quo open the concert? Now, based on autobiographies, documentaries and a little creative licence, we tell the story of what may have went on behind the scenes of the Greatest Show on Earth.

Starring Jonas Armstrong (Troy) as Bob Geldof, Martin Compston (Line of Duty) as Midge Ure, Karla Crome (Under The Dome) as Sade, Kerry Howard (Witless) as Marsha Hunt, Rufus Jones (W1A) as Elton John, Seb Cardinal (Rovers) as Ric Parfitt, Dustin Demri-Burns (Sick Note) as Francis Rossi, David Avery (The Night Manager) as Freddie Mercury, Con O'Neill (Happy Valley) as Tony. Written by Neil Forsyth (Bob Servant). Directed by John Hardwick (Delicious).
